Lane Roberts, President and Chief Executive Officer

 Mr. Roberts was previously the Managing Director of Sondex plc ("Sondex"), a UK based leading supplier of downhole technologies to the oil and gas industry from 2004 to 2008. With the purchase of Sondex by General Electric, Roberts spent the last 12 months ensuring a smooth integration of Sondex into GE Energy, a division of General Electric. Prior to that, Mr. Roberts served in various senior management roles at Computalog, USA which later became a division of Precision Drilling Ltd.

John A. Brussa, director

Mr. Brussa is a partner in the Calgary-based energy law firm of Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP specializing in taxation. He is also a director for a number of energy and energy-related trusts including Penn West, Baytex, Energy Savings, Progress, Focus, and Harvest, as well as oil and gas growth companies such as Rider, Crew, Galleon, and Highpine. Mr. Brussa is a past governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation and is a director or trustee of a number of charitable and non-profit organizations.

M. Scott Ratushny, director

Mr. Ratushny is an independent businessman and the Chairman of Pilot Energy Ltd. He is also a director for organizations such as E4 Energy Inc., Divestco Inc., Ultrasonix Medical Corporation, and several other private companies.

P. John Aldred, director

Mr. Aldred is the Chairman and Founder of the Cadmus Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors for Careers: The Next Generation, and is a past member of Alberta Junior Achievement. Mr. Aldred currently serves as Co-chair of the SAIT Campaign Cabinet, and is a public member and Vice-Chair of SAIT�s Board of Governors, as well as a member of its Audit Committee. 

Gregory T. Tisdale, director

Mr. Tisdale is currently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Point Energy Trust.  He has been with Crescent Point since 2004 and has contributed significantly in the Trust’s successful growth to over 26,000 boe/d of production.  Mr. Tisdale commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant and has held senior financial positions in the oil and gas sector with Westcoast Energy, Shell Trading, Altagas Services, and Direct Energy.   He currently is a director of Enseco Energy Services Inc. and is a member of the Financial Executive Institute.  Mr. Tisdale holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.
